why you are rejected from BPHS and Grozaost comms, why you are at strike 1 status because of it

I am the mod of the aforementioned comms that you attempted to join. I know that 9/10 people do not check their LJ/DW messages even though I PMed them multiple times there. As a result, these people will leave me angry PMs and comments months/years later complaining that (a) I rejected them and their application, (b) they cannot be expected to know what they did wrong, (c) they were not told what they did wrong, (d) they did not know they had to check their PMs, (e) they do not want to check PMs and it is my fault for not making the effort to try to track them down to tell them what's what.

Because of repeated instances of the above, I am writing to you here as well in the hopes that you will read this.

WHY YOU ARE REJECTED FROM MY COMMS
There are MANY things wrong in your application. Because of that you are now strike 1. You have 2 joining attempts left. See https://bphs-mod.dreamwidth.org/1613.html to know what the Strike system is and how it works.

Note that if you get things wrong repeatedly in your applicarions, you will be blocked for good. Somewhere in in the main rules posts at https://bphs.dreamwidth.org/367.html and https://grozaost.dreamwidth.org/478.html I explained the strike system and explicitly stated that onus is on applicants to read EVERYTHING IN THE POST CAREFULLY and FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY.

These are things you DID WRONG in trying to join BPHS:
a) clicking the join button and doing nothing else.
b) the rules post stated CLEARLY that you MUST write ALL MY RULES in YOUR OWN WORDS. I have 11 rules. You failed to acknowledge even 1 of them.
c) the rules post stated CLEARLY that you MUST write ALL TRONELLA'S RULES in YOUR OWN WORDS. She has 4 rules. You did not acknowledge any.
d) you did not even make a comment applying to join the comm.


These are things you DID WRONG in trying to join Grozaost:
a) clicking the join button and doing nothing else.
b) the rules post stated CLEARLY that you MUST write ALL MY RULES in YOUR OWN WORDS.

Read the instructions and rules again. After that, do EVERYTHING it says. Missing out even one step means instant rejection.
